Our Story

Built for East London

Inside the Voltage Fitness studio in Tower Hamlets

Voltage Fitness was built on a simple frustration: big-box gyms don't care whether you get results. We opened in Tower Hamlets to offer something different — a studio where every class is capped at 12 people or fewer, where coaches know your name, and where the programming is designed to deliver measurable progress.

We combine the precision of Reformer Pilates with the intensity of HIIT training because real fitness doesn't live in one discipline. Our members include Canary Wharf professionals, local creatives, marathon runners, and people who'd never set foot in a gym before they found us. What they share is a refusal to settle for average.

This is fitness with the volume turned up. Every session is coached, every movement is corrected, every result is earned.
